Just in time for Lao New Year, we decided that it was time to give the 'ol site a little makeover. Something that was easier to manage, but also to properly highlight all the exciting projects we're rolling out this year. 

Our very own Catzie Vilayphonh is featured as the newest Tie Theorist on Tie Theory, run by another Lao American making moves, Saengthong Douangdara, who not only designs these chic and fashionable ties, but uses them as a way to give back to the community.

We're joining forces with designer Tony Innouvong to get it in at as many Lao New Year festivals along the East Coast this time around!

After last year's successful reception of "Laos In The House: Voices from Four Decades of the Lao Diaspora", we're helping to curate another exhibition, this time in San Diego!

Today's an especially great day to celebrate all the women that make the world a better place, and we're honored to share that our Creative Director Catzie Vilayphonh is the newest Lao-Diaspora-Of-The-Week feature at Little Laos On the Prairie.
