Our featured guest is Model and Entrepreneur Anita Pathammavong from NYC. Having started her own Lao dinner pop-up project Heunkuoa we’re combining forces for a very special #BLESSED x HEUNKUOA celebration. Joining Anita will be her mom, Mam, who is also the featured Chef for the event. This year we are popping up at BOK Building, a former school-turned-community space that’s also the office of Laos In the House!

#BLESSED x HEUNKUOA will continue keeping with Lao traditions so guests will enjoy a unique dining experience of:

• multiple-course dishes* served community style on a pakhao (low table)

• sitting on a saht (Lao rug) on the floor with shoes off**

• pakwon available for guests to tie wrists threads and give their own blessings

• old school mor lum karaoke music jams playing a celebration soundtrack

*We are following traditional Lao recipes which include fish sauce. A menu will be shared closer to the event date, however we suggest listing any allergies with your registration.

**Alternate seating options (chair and table) will be available on a first-come-first served basis.
